Jio by yesterday announced that it has extended it's prime services to April 15 , after many of it's customers couldn't subscribe for prime membership since the last day crowd was too much for the servers to handle. Reportedly , this is being given as a grace period and anyone who recharges with a denomination of Rs.303 or higher can still avail the prime membership till July 31. Other non-prime users or other users who recharges below are not entitled to avail the extended prime membership.
So what would happen to my recharge of Rs.303 if I'm entitled to free Membership?
You'd be able to avail the extended prime membership once you have made an initial recharge of Rs.303 or above. After the extended prime membership has ended by the 31st of July, you'd be offered the validity and benefits of the plan (Rs.303 or higher) you have recharged with. Any user who recharges using plans lesser than Rs.303 would not be entitled to the extended prime membership.
This plan is welcomed by the customers who were still guessing whether or not to continue using Reliance Jio's services since the BETA testing has come to an end. This would pull many a people to start using Jio's services and the company promises to provide with better services from April 15.
