We don't often see big directors watching movies of small directors, let alone commenting on them. But this guy, has taken one step further and has actually praised the movie crew public in his Facebook status.
Maanagaram has been a movie that had no expectations when it was released but went on to amass houseful shows in almost every theater it got released in the city. It was a smooth ride for the crew which was led by director Lokesh Kanagaraj, who, along with most of the characters in the film are first timers.
He has said that Maanagaram is a great film and has praised the entire crew for it. These kind of motivations would always help young people to come better in their next venture
Maanagaram is a story about a handful of characters whose lives gets intertwined after an incident occurs. Do watch the film. It'd be not be a letdown.
