Well Jio's getting a competitor now. After Mukesh Ambani led RIL Jio had swept the world by storm Anil Ambani led Reliance ADA decides to step into the market on it's own.
Jio has laid out plans that'd offer 4G internet at very cheap rates after the deadline of March 31,2017. But the restriction to this is the SIM card is compatible only with 4G enabled phones. This was to motivate the customers to buy it's cheaper 'LYF' series of phones which offered 4G and 4G volte at cheaper rates. But still the country's majority users are stuck to 3G and 2G phones.
The Reliance ADA group has decided to go with this mantra. Free internet for all. This is not limited to only 4G phones but also to 2G and 3G phones as well.
"Anil Ambani’s new offer of providing 300 MB with unlimited voice calls at the price of Rs 149 is just fair and flexible for the non-smart mobile handlers. Internet calls comes at a range of Rs 1.2 and Rs 1.5 per minute"Though the lead got by Reliance ADA which released it's mobile series earlier this year was just temporary, Anil Ambani's inclusion of the Reliance Global Call app that works across all networks which state that anyone with the app irrespective of their network can make internal calls at cheap prices was appreciated.
The fact that this comes with a 'NO TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY' mantra is an added bonus to the users.
